Exchange Programs to Poland
All required materials must arrive at the Kosciuszko Foundation by
5:00 p.m. in order to be considered for academic year 2009–2010 scholarships.
Late June 2009
Applicants are notified in writing of scholarship decisions for academic year
2009-2010.
August 5, 2009
Deadline date to accept an Exchange Program Scholarship.
Successful scholarship candidates must accept or decline scholarship offers for academic year 2009-2010.
October 2009 – June 2010
The academic year in Poland. Scholarships offered by the Kosciuszko Foundation must be realized within this timeframe.

Year Abroad program –
KF receives
confirmation of student arrivals. Scholarship checks are
issued in November.
Studies and Research program - Upon commencement of your research project inform the Kosciuszko Foundation of your contact information in Poland. Your scholarship check will be issued after receipt of contact information.
February 2010
Year Abroad program - Reports from
first semester scholarship recipients are due.
KF receives confirmation of second semester student arrivals. Scholarship checks are issued in March.
June 2010
Year Abroad program -
Reports from second semester scholarship recipients are due.
Studies and Research program - Submit
a report on the results of your research no later than two
months after your research project has been completed.
